Question: ok im 14 and im 205lbs an im only 5'6" and i want to play left outside line backer next year in highschool can someone give me some work out tips to lose weight and put on musle. im not capable of getting to the gym often answer plz

it's gonna kill you to get into good enough shape, but you can do it if you want it bad. to gain speed, lose fat, and get in shape run 220yd sprints at 80-90% effort one day (once you're in shape you should be able to do 8 or 10 running pretty good). do this every other day.

on the days in between, do alternating sets of pushups, pullups, chinups, bicycle crunches, and dips. on each set of pushups do them a different way alternate your pushups between diamond pushups, wide pushups, normal, and dive-bomber pushups.

this regimen should keep you busy for a while lol.

push-ups, sit-ups, running, drink a LOT of water and eat healthy. good luck!

well im taking a strength training class for soccer. so when specificly do you want to work on. leg muscle, abz, arms? i know a few different stretches and activities you can do. it will help you gain muscle idk about lose a large amount of weight.

Push ups, Sit ups..there are lots of things to do to build up muscles...and i cant see why you'll die lol

u need to workout, go to the gym.... if not, then do alot of cardio.. sprinting, jogging for stamina....

you need some weight resistance as well.. get a bowflex machine or something
