How can I burn 100+ calories while at work?!?!?!

Question: I feel like I ate a little bit too much for lunch and now I feel all icky. I'm going to the gym after work, like I do every Wednesday, but I just wanna get rid of this feeling.
I workout pretty hard, but that's what I do on a regular basis to burn up what I've eaten. Now that I feel I ate a bit too much, I wanna get rid of it.

Soooo, how can I burn some calories at work? I work in an office. I'm trying to walk around and fast. Haha! Any other suggestions?! Thanks!

You can use your chair to do some chair dips and leg lifts. However doing much real cardio in a limited space is a problem. If you build muscle and do cardio other times you can burn calories while sitting. If you exercise regular it isn't going to stick on you too fast. Congrats on going to the gym.

move a lot and sit up straight

walk a few miles to your car, take the stairs if you can...

eat turkey and carrots with some juice and drink LOTS of water because it makes you full a lot quicker!

drink only cold water and only cold water the colder the better ur body burns calories heating the water up to body temperature and if u exercise dont take breaks to maximizes weight loss u burn more fat by keeping ur heart rate up so if u rest ur heart rate goes down and u lose less weight
