If i excersise,in how many days will i see results?!

Think more along the lines of weeks, and it depends on how you exercise and for how long, and what kinds of results you are looking for.

Depends on the exercise and your body. All bodies are different and react differently to exercise. But, it doesn't just take exercise. You have to eat right too. Eat smaller meals more times a day. Build your metabolism. Drink lots of water, to make yourself feel fuller than you are. Good luck to you.

depends on the intensity of the training, and also on what body type you are and what type your reaching for. but it probably wont be instant.
