an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times.
Every week add to the number of repetitions.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

keep doing what you're doing and be patient. dieat and excercise is no miracle pill(there is no miracle pill)...Keep up the good work!!

liposuction.

I eat two meals a day and cut out soda and fried foods , I drink lots of water , I also do sit up and crunches and also side crunches start out by doing 40 first week every other day, forty for each set . Then after two weeks you can increase to 80 for each set. Then up to 100 each for each kind of sit up. Or works even better is just to do 500 sit ups every other night right after dinner and remember wait an hour or two after dinner to do the sit ups to avoid a busted gut. Also right before you do the sit ups drink some water ,or even better a glass of water before each set and after your done drink as much water as you like cause water cleans out and refreshes the body. Mountain biking is a great way to lose weight,or basically any type of bicycle riding if you get ten or miles in a week that should be good. I lost ten pounds riding my bike in one month. Another option is to replace cereal with oatmeal. I use to laugh when ever some one was eating oatmeal cause I was like how they eat that crap it has no taste, but later on or now I realized oatmeal is better for me then all those cereals with nothing but sugar.I found out Pasta taste good ,but it is actually a fat producer once in awhile isn't bad. Eat fruits and vegetables. And if you eat any type of chicken bake it never fry it. Eat meat in small portions. Its hard to believe but meat causes weight gain. Running and jogging is a perfect way to keep in shape. You could replace dinner like I do with water or if you like with yogurt and add walnuts or pecans.

if you are targeting a specific area like your abs then what you want to do is be very disciplined and religious about staying focused on this area. meaning, every day do whatever you choose like crunches etc but do it on a regular bases and you will absolutely see results, you will want to increase the number of them every few days and set a goal. (britney spears use to do 1000 sit ups a day) but you have to work up to that. sorry but she was the first one came to mind she did have nice abs even though she is a mixed up girl. sad

I do 20 crunches and 20 sit ups when I wake up in the morning before I get in the shower. It really helps
