when u are lifting something have it on the lowest weight dumbbell possible, and just do a lot of reps about 100 on each machine....but don't just try to complete the 100 in one setting but do 25 then go to another machine....this tones, and will not make you bulky

do stuff that tones, not burns fat.

your not even fat though.... I know what you mean about strength I don't have any strength at all I can't even do a push up...

Find out what is a good weight limit for you to just do strength training and maintain that amount, don't increase what you are lifting.
Also maybe yoga and/or pilates

Do toning exercises. Go for lighter weight (resistance) and higher repetitions. This will tone and strengthen the muscles without adding bulk.

It is incredibly dificult for women to gain muscle mass, so odnt worry about bulking up. Do cardio and high rep excercises, you will lose the initial fat at first until your body adjusts to the new routiene. Do your excercises 2-3 times a week for only 20 min. The health aspect of excercising is most profound at the beginning. losing the first two fat pounds will greatly improve your health the rest is just to lose fat for losing fat's sake.

I wouldn't worry about getting too bulky or losing your curves. Women don't have the testosterone levels that men have so building large muscle is very difficult for them. I say just workout like anyone else. Besides, guys love a girl with some muscle, believe me.
