How good is todays eating plan?!

Lunch: apple and a few mouthfuls of brothers roll (really hot here today, not hungry)
Snack: Natural lollies (non artificial)
Dinner:Sushi

I weigh 115-120lbs and 5'5. trying to lose weight, tone up
