Question: Half teaspoon of sweetner which is better than sugar?

Also is bacon and sausages ok to eat?
I'm setting myself a week to week basis of eating right and i love meat so i love chicken and tuna and prawns ect but not sure i should eat bacon and sausages.

How often can i eat a small jacket potatoe or bread?

Someone give me a day of healthy eating and when i should eat it please lol :)

Everything is okay to eat- in moderation.

Sausage and bacon are high in saturated fat, the intake of which should be limited. Chicken, shellfish and fish are much lower in saturated fat, and can be eaten more often. Unsaturated fats are desirable in moderate amounts, and are in nuts, fish, salad oils, etc.

Bread is fine- but stick to whole grains. The bulk of your diet should be whole grain products, in fact. Processed flour (white) bread (and any white flour product like pasta for that matter, along with potatoes and white rice) has a high glycemic index- meaning it spikes blood sugar soon after eating, which is undesirable as it causes an insulin spike to counter it. Insulin, among other things, is a hormone that directs your body to convert blood sugar into fat.

Eat whole grains instead of processed grains. examples: whole grain bread and pasta, brown rice.

Eat a variety of vegetables and fruits.

Eat moderate amounts of lean meats and protein.
examples: fish, prawns, chicken, some cuts of beef and pork. Non meat protein sources include soy, grains, lentils, oatmeal, etc.

Eat moderate amounts of unsaturated fats.
sources: olive oil, fish, avocados, nuts.

Eat smaller meals more often, and make one day a week a day where you can eat anything you want. Pizza, bacon, etc.

Only the milk will have calories in a cup of tea, sausages & bacon are healthiest grilled.

Well the cup of tea will have a few calories not many but bacon and sausage are very fatty and not the healthiest meat to eat stick to fish chickan and turkey white meat only its the healthy meat. Dont eat to much bread even wheat bread but never any white its very bad for u. Jacket potatos are fine unless your eating them all the time. And if you wanna eat healthier have more veggies and some say that fruit is very healthy but fruit is loaded with suger so try to stay away from fruit drinks if ur tryin to lose weight
