The PERFECT PUSH-UP, does this product work?!
Question: i have been debating on this product.. it looks very convincing. HAs anybody here tried it? what has been the experience? does it work? do you see changes in your body? fast results? another concern or question is that.. supposidly it helps you with your abs... is this a true statement? please give me all advice and information on this product as possible. thanks

I use it, its very effective, its not the only thing i have in my routine but it has helped define my pecks and bi's if not gaining more mass
