Whey protein powder is a way to get addition amounts of protein into your diet you couldn't get as easily through food. If your body is a car, whey protein is a certain type of gasoline.

Creatine is a supplement that enhances your body's energy levels & recovery process by helping to convert ADP back into ATP(your muscles source of energy). Using the car analogy again, creatine is like a computer that lets you reprogram your automatic transmision's computer for improved performance.

Given this, if you had to go with one versus the other, whey is the winner. What good would an automatic transmission upgrade be if the car is out of gas?
