If I were your friend.... you wouldn't weigh what you do and you would look like a knock-out for swimsuit season.

Let me tell you something, and you pay close attention. When you eat only a little bit, you are not keeping fat off of your body. You are telling your body "Look, I'm not going to eat much." But it interprets that as "Look, I'm going to cut back on food so you need to store whatever I eat on my body in order to survive. Also, all the protein that I'm not eating; don't worry about that. Just use the muscle I've built up over the years to get your protein."

And this, my friend, leaves you with shapeless, saggy legs, arms, and you-know-whats. Not swimsuit material. You want to look good? Eat healthy (and yes, that means eating at least 1500 good calories a day), and work out. Exercise! It is so easy and the results are so much better than cutting back on your eating.

Do you realize that you should at least weigh around 12-15 pounds more than you do now to be healthy. Our bodies weren't made to live on small amounts of food. You have to get your nutrients in or you'll be sorry later on in life. I promise.

If you want me to I'll email you a two week diet plan to help you stick to it. (Also includes workout routine.) Email me if you want me to send it to you.

Eat a decent sized breakfast, small lunch and small dinner and DO SOME EXERCISE if you want to stay slim !! lol DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF this is very stupid and will only make you sick and very tired all the time. Boys dont like skeletons anyways so dont try to be one! xxx

no duh you hav anorexia, im 14 5'6 and i weight 134 and my body fat is 8%, so im guessing your weight is not normal

don't worry about getting fat! If you eat good things for lunch your not going to put on HUGE amounts of pounds! You might gain a little weight but thats just because your a little underweight now! Eat a good amount! and exercise a bit everyday that will help you greatly! :)

i'm 18, 5'8, and 145... and i found the love of my life in a swimsuit. learn to be confident with yourself the way you are. but the girl above me is right eat big breakfast, med lunch, and small dinner, and excercise.

I wish I could tell you this in person: You are fine!!! Eat food for goodness sakes. You have awesome friends who are looking out for your health! The body cannot function properly w/o food. You do not have to look perfect ever. Don't let the world make you think you have to be a certain way. "Perfect" is how you define it.

Remember, developing your character, integrity, and your mind will take you much farther in life. Outer beauty only lasts so long, and it's gone before you know it. The inside is what really matters.

So go eat a burger and fries and don't think twice about it!!

What you are doing is NOT SAFE. If you want to look killer in a swim suit, try putting on some toned muscle. Scrawny skin and bones is not only dangerous in the short term, you can easily ruin your organs and bone structure by starving them of nutrition. Your only 13, you risk messing up the fatty acid balance in your brain too, which means brain damage. REMEMBER, IT'S NOT HOW MUCH YOU EAT, IT'S WHAT YOU EAT. You can eat a pound of broccoli and not gain a pound, eat a pound of sugar and you can gain 2 pounds.
