well, think about it if you eat the same ammount of food and excersise you are burning more calories then what you normally take in per day when you dont excersise, so i would have to say that you would most definatly lose weight. However if you are looking to lose more weight you will see better results by changing your diet a bit. This does not mean that you have to eat healthy foods full stop. You could just try to change it up a bit and see how you go. Good Luck!!

it works! but try to start a diet... there is a lot of ppl that thinks that they can eat all that they want because they are doing exercisE! thats so wronG! so dont add calories to your diet! and if you can.. consume less calories
