Poll.....Could you please give me one tip on how to now give up on a diet?!


Question: I started Weight Watchers last thursday, and today is weight in.... I will weigh in at 6 p.m. guess how much weight I lost...in pounds and onuces...and when I get home I will give best answer to the person that is close to guessing how much I lost.............wish me luck.......

Repeat this to yourself when you feel tempted to stray from your diet: "The cake/ice cream/whatever does NOT taste as good as being fit feels."

My guess: 3lbs. 4oz.

eat right and exercise

Ok, post pictures of the women in those fitness magazines on/in oyur fridge so it will remind you to not eat and to excersize because you want to look like them. Even cut them out and tape them out into your mirror. When you excersize, go with a friend, so its not that much of a drag.

Think of how you want to watch your grandbaby grow into a wonderful man....and you be there with him....
Think of all the wonderful activities ahead of you....

reward yourself with something at the end of the day if you accomplished what you wanted to for that day.

PS- dont give up too soon- it takes at least 2 weeks for you to see some improvement.
