easy, go to http://www.sparkpeople.com
its 100% free, it will let you put in your goals and tell you EXACTLY how to get there. it will tell you how many calories you should be eating, and burning and can even give you food suggestions if you want.

make sure you are drinking enough water as well, cause if you're not, then you'll retain water! when i first stopped drinking diet coke and switched to just water, i lost 5lbs in 4 days. that was just all retained water. you can totally make this goal. go check out the site

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Wrap up in plastic wrapp to sweat extra water

Try Weight Watchers online

keep up the running and eat lots of fruits and vegetables (not only is it healthy, but will keep you full and not tempted to eat s**t).

Go pick up the "Scarsdale Diet" at the local book store. It is a balanced diet, that will help you lose up to 14 pounds in 2 weeks. I have done this diet with much success. It's easy, you eat REAL food, and no "Counting Calories". You just eat what's on the list for that meal. It is SO easy.

Or you can look here for just the lists:

This works!!

give up all soda only drink water that will help alot I did it and omg yes it works.

Keep exercising the way you are, but watch your diet! Limit dessert, and don't eat any high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated (or partially hydrogenated) oils (these are listed in the ingredients). Eat things that don't have a lot of sodium, because too sodium makes you retain weight. Eating 1400-1600 calories a day would be perfect. Try not to eat at all after 6:00 or 7:00 p.m.

thats my birthday!! =]

Well Id say the best diet Ive tried is called the battery diet.
It's so great it only takes a few minutes to drop like ten pounds.
You eat like four AA batteries with every meal.
If you don't like the hard coating you can cut them open and pour the acid on a delicious salad.
Bethany from Texas tried this diet and lost thirty pounds in one hour!
Jill from Maryland got back to her normal weight after having twins in about three hours.
I did it and now I'm so skinny you can't see me.

Please let me know how this works for you.
Thanks.

Cut sodas out of your diet entirely.

For lunch, eat tuna. Every day. I know, it's boring as all get out and you'll get sick of it by day 3 but it's the perfect source of protein without much else to make it bad.

Don't eat white bread, go with wheat.

After running, come back home and spend 20 minutes doing another excersize of some sort. Alternate your excersize. One day do pushups, another day do situps (when you do a situp make sure your arms are crossed on your chest rather than hands behind your head).

To lose weight (fat), include more fiberous slow digesting carbs, as opp to the

fast ones, no white breads, fast foods, ketchups, sugar, only skim milk, not 2%,

skim and whole grain non sweet cerial, whole wheat bread, buy some protein,

include lean meats like ham, and other sources of protein, no red

meats,multivitamin, calcium and vitamin d every 2 days, v8. Don't starve, eat a

small healthy meal, a lot of small meals opposed to a few bigger ones-- make sure is has at least 8-10 or more g, not too much protein,

the body can only digest a certain amount at a time, avoid too many fruits, carbs

and sugars, fiberous veggies, greens (no starches or potatoes) are good ,and no bbq sauce

(unless used sparringly) and not too much salad dressing, before bed (2 hrs), eat something with protein, dont eat many carbs before bed. Eat some of that good cereal in the morning, you need carbs, just not too much, and the slow ones.

Do crunches until you can not do anymore, jog, warm up and sprint, short bursts

of intense activity is very effective compared to long weak activity, just don't

over do it, and do some lunges until it burns, do this every day or 2 days, keep

going and don't give up, same with eating, you need fat, so one fish oil daily,

eat fish (not fried, be careful, very careful for bones, peanut butter on whole

wheat (no jelly),which has protein, and dont worry about the fat in that,

avocodos, has fat, good fat, eat it when your hunger cravings get you. when you

do crunches, also twist on some to work your sides, keep tension on your abs.

Need more info, go to http://www.bodybuilding.com

weigh watchers all the way, they almost promise half a stone (7lbs) loss in 3 weeks i think...i have been on it 3 weeks and have lost that 7lbs.....its great

1) Have a healthy and balanced permanent diet: dark green vegetables, fresh fruits, whole wheat and whole grain products, non-fat dairy products, fish, poultry breast, lean red meat, egg white.

You should cut out all sugar, soda, non-whole grain products and saturated fats: These aliments should only be a reward for achieving a goal, not a habit!

2) Keep Exercising

Aerobic and weight training will raise your metabolic rate. In result, your body will burn more calories.

* aerobic exercising

3 times per week, conduct an exercise that keeps your heart rate elevated for at least 30-45 minutes (ex: walking, running, cycling, swimming, aerobics, etc:)

* weight training

Alternate days of aerobics with weight training. You will build muscles that will burn more calories, even when at rest!

If you need more details for exercise ideas check out following web site:

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day is enough green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active eg: instead of asking your mom to pass you the remote control get it your self it does count as extra exercise
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1000 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food tell you're mom when she cooks you're meal to oven cook you're food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
drink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you, weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )
good luck<3

have lots of salads!!!!!!!!!! and dont eat out at greasy food places, like mcdonalds..... and so on,,,,,, but i know that you can loose weight before, april, if you try!!!
