Whats the best way to train for speed, agaility, and quickness?!


Question: i want to add a day to my workout week which i train SAQ. What are the best drills? the only place i have to do them is a parking lot. i can use cones or chalk

suicides (like for basketball) work for quickness and agility. and if you run really fast it will work for speed too. running a long distance helps with speed too, or running a long time, gets your muscles use to being used. good luck.

Well try suicides....they suck! but they work, i know other things but i cant remember any names specifically plus i gota leave.
