What did it for me was doing dips, I guess you'd call them.

You do pushups, but instead of hands on the ground, I had my hands on two stools, placed fairly far apart. And when going down, I as far past down my hands as comfortable.

I'm a fan of bodyweight building; hence this method.

do butterflies and bechpress and closegrip and any other chest exercise on an incline. that will blow up the chest and give you the look but if you want the strength do chest exercises on a level benches

bench press, do reps of about 12 around 4 times, make the weight easy to do all up until about the second set. also do u have a gym/access to a gym if so use the butterfly cross thing where u push the weights from the side to the center of ur chest...
im only 16 and ive been doing the butterfly cross n bench pressing for a year and i can make my pecks dance ahaha and everyone is like wtf howd u get so muscley :P there like balls of muscle when i tense , but yeah on topic i did it everyday for about 6 weeks then reduced to every 2 days and i did the work out to the point where i was tred but didnt hurt the next day

Make sure you dedicate a whole day in your workout schedule to working your chest. Do 4 sets of 6-8 repetitions. Make sure that 8th repetition is hard for you to put up. If you can do 3 more reps after your 8th, then the weight is too light. Increase the weight. Only take 60 second breaks between sets.

You should be doing 3 types of benchpress/dumbbell presses in order to really focus on developing your chest muscles. Those 3 types are incline, flat, and decline. Incline bench/dumbbells will work the most of your chest, especially the top part. Flies will build your definition.

Also make sure you mix up your workouts. Never let your body get too used to doing the same things over and over again. If you only use bench, try using dumbbells. Shock your body to get the best results.

Breasts??? haha...

Ok.... haha.... Heres a little program to develop your erm.... breasts.... Otherwise known as your Chest or, Pectorals.

Standard Bench Press 4 sets
Dumbell Flies 4 sets
Dips 4 sets

Very short but it will help. Each set should be done with a weight you can lift correctly a MAXIMUM of 6 times. Any lighter and your not going to get the gains you want.

To develop your chest and make it grow, take it from me, you need to blast the hell out of your pecs twice a week. I lift with friends who once new a man who almost got his pro body builder card, but he made other decisions in life. Either way, my chest size has been compared to his, so I guess you can say that would be my credentials for success. For size, you want to do a warm up set of about 15 reps and then do 4 sets of 6 to 8 reps with as much weight as you can handle to do only 6 to 8 reps, no more than that. Do that on flat bench, then move on to the incline bench and do the same method. If your pecs are too fatigued, you can drop the weight slightly and do 3 sets of 10 reps, but the next time you train chest, switch the two lifting styles for the different benches. Think that's good enough? Nope, you need more. After inclines, time for the pec deck (butterflies). Do 3 sets of 10, with a TON of weight, but make sure your form doesn't suffer. Without proper form, you do your muscles no bit of good. After butterflies, move on to cable crossovers, making sure to do a fly motion, do 3 sets of 10 to completely finish the muscle off. All of that was your first bench day. On your second bench day of the week, do 4 sets of 8 reps on incline, flat, and decline bench, but use only dumb bells. Once you've finished your pressing movements, use all three benches to do 3 sets of 10 flies, stretching the muscle out as much as you can take at the bottom. Finish with pec deck and cables. As a side note, you can take an NO2 product to increase your muscle pumps, which will expand your muscle tissue drastically for a few hours, which will help with size gains in the future. I personally recommend Plasmajet by Gaspari Nutrition, which I currently take. Nano Vapor by Muscletech, and N.O. Explode by BSN are also very good.
