How to tone your tummy?!


Question: Other than running 30 mins/day and doing 50 abs/day is there something else to try? I do take care how I eat also. I try to eat like 2500-3000 calories per day. I'm 5'5" and 138 lbs. Is there any foods to avoid for trying loose the belly fat? How long you thinbk it takes to see the results of a toned tummy if I continue the exercising like this?

lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good!

In sports we do core. You do do crunches. But we have v ups and bicylce thinkers superman. and several more.

Pilates is great for your abs, and stay away from bread, those carbs love to settle around your abs.

I would say you are on good track . but you fell pray to a common misconception that cardio and diet alone will make you lose fat fast. IT WONT. I suppose you do want fast and long term results and you can get them only with resistance /weight training programs which are proved and endorsed by real authorities and real users. Take advantage of free reports and videos here and you will be fine in no time :)

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times.
Every week add to the number of repetitions.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
