What are the negative effects of drinking monster at least once a day?!

Question: I probably have had one once a day for about a year and a half now, I feel fine and I work out everyday too, are there any hidden side effects?

Haha ok so two of my friends started drinking Monster regularly sometimes once a day but reaching to 4-5 times a day. It kinda became crazy. They would get really happy and giddy, but about 45 minutes later they became really short and impatient. They pretty much crashed all the time and needed more to get their fix. So i'd say drinking it cause it taste good but don't replace it with water. It's like soda only a lot stronger. Drink it sporadically

other than hiting your wallet (damn those things are expensive) i dont know of any hidden side effects other than becoming a caffene addict. do what you do if you dont notice a change. monster drinks have lots of vitamins and other good nutrients in them but their jam packed with caffene which is a stimulant.

It plays a tremendous role on your hear and blood pressure. Try to limit yourself to only a few a week to avoid any stress on your heart.

The high sugar content can be a source of contention in terms of overall health, no sugar is the best amount, and I don't mean use the sugar-free alternatives, that crap is worse. There is taurine and b vitamins...these are great things, even in small amounts. The only thing I can think of that's wholly negative is that since there is a lot of caffeine you could theoretically develop sensitivities to it over the course of several years, but that would be rare indeed. I suppose the food coloring isn't the greatest on your liver either, but side effects wouldn't manifest for years and even if they did, you'd likely not correlate it.
