Will I lose weight if I use my exercise bike with resistance or without? And if !


Question: I want to lose weight and not build muscle.. should I use the bike with resistance or not? Which will help me lose weight quicker (with less calorie intake, of course!) and at what level do I set the bike? So far, I've done at least 10 miles a day every other day.. with the least resistance possible.. want to make sure I'm doing it right..Thanks! :)

The best deal for losing weight is to Put resistance on because you are using preasure and losing weight because you are using your muscles so thats the way to go. but With resistance will get you tired while trying to do 10 miles though so losen it up if tryin to go farther

you will lost weight if you push away from the table. leave some of the starchiest food on the plate

you will lose faster with Resistance to loss weight. If you need to tone its without . set the bike at level three to start out with then add more by going up a level.
