Does anyone know how to advise me to make a diet makeover?!


Question: What are the best ways to break my bad eating habits (i.e. snacking at night, making the wrong food choices, etc.)? I've tried everything, what are some realistic goals I can make so that I can finally achieve the weight loss I so desperately am wanting?

Loosing weight can be hard, but if you stick to this you will loose weight
