Hahahahahaha....get your body moving woman....other than liposuction, you're gonna have a hard time losing that weight being sedentary. If you exercise you can actually lose it but you gotta move it!

If you want to keep the ten pounds off than i would suggest that portion control eating tons of veggies and fruit and some whole grains are a good way to start. however exercise is a super important aspect of keeping fit/healthy and maintaining a healthy weight. This should be a plan that is bigger than the next two weeks if you want it to be successful. Exercise can be dancing, walking, skipping rope it doesn't have to be running on a treadmill. Find a friend to do it with!

You can cut down on your food intake but it'll take a lot longer to shift those pounds without shifting your behind.

Instead of cakes or biscuits - have fruit.
Have a filling breakfast of porridge.
No fizzy drinks, just water and green tea.
Lunch and dinner - lean protein, lots of veg/salad and a little brown rice / wholemeal pasta / small jacket potato.

This will work, adding more veg and fruit may make you bloated for a little while as your stomach may not be used to it.

Combining this food with exercise - even a half hour brisk walk every evening, will boost the weight loss.

I'd rather be slim with toned skin than slim with baggy skin!

If you want to lose weight without exercising, you really cannot eat much meat; limit yourself to an ALMOST vegetarian lifestyle - meaning that at least 80-90% of your calories must come from fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc. The reason for this is that it takes TEN times as much meat (hence, TEN times the calories) to get as much of what you need (nutrients, etc.) as it does from food that grows in the ground. And NO SODAS, and not even most juices, really; water only, although green tea is very good, too. And NO whole milk - 2% is OK, but skim is better.

But if you want to lose weight and still maintain your current diet, just eat less of what you do; portion size is vital, but STICKING to the portions is just as important. In this case, though, DAILY EXERCISE IS A MUST - even if it is just walking for about 30-45 minutes every day. You don't have to go to a gym to do it; for example: just take the stairs instead of the elevator, or park just a little bit farther from the door.

I think one of the easiest thing is to cut out regular and diet sodas. Also eat more whole grains, fiber, etc... stay away from refined sugars, white rice, pasta, bread, saturated fats and anything processed (fast foods). Watch anything that has sugar substitute/artificial sweeteners and high fructose corn syrup; it basically tricks your brain to think it's not full and tends to make you end up eating more. Good luck!

Wow! I would love to know the secret. I work out 5 days a week and have a pretty healthy diet. I can't lose 10 lbs. in 2 weeks.
Heavy cardio and no strength training might jolt the initial weight loss effect. Starving yourself (although I don't recommend it for anyone) would be the only way to get it off. You will be setting yourself up for a lifetime of health problems in doing that.

You have completely unrealistic expectations.

Won't happen.

Well.... Rat poison might do it. But then, of course, you'd be dead. Short of dying, it won't happen.

Eat nothing but baked beans. Its proven to work.

DIET: I do a six meal plan diet.. no I'm not crazy
try this, eat six SMALL meals a day - breakfast, midday,
lunch, afternoon, dinner. (half of what you normally eat)
this way, you wont crave for food too much and can control your diet.
-eating yogurt helps too, and low fat cereals(raisin bran and Kelogs K)
EXERCISE: i do curl-ups, and jogging. Curl-ups can be
difficult so i prefer the chair curl-ups(50-70 a day),
jog(1 hr a day)

it works for me

Just try to moderate your eating habits, eat less of fatty foods, see more point at http://www.loseweightcool.blogspot.com
