I have heard that eating toe nails has the same amount of protein as creatine is!


Question: ive been told its because toe nails are packed with calcium and toe jam which are rich in nutrients to help me perform at the gym.
is there a place where i can but toenails? alltogether ive had toe nail pie, toe nail yougurt, melted toe nail on toast(yummy)and toe nail with doritos(my favourite especially cheese flavour doritos)

Since it is packed with calcium how about an toenail icecream. You won't be able to make a smoothie though.

But then I read the rest of your post and decided that you must just be posting a question for the hell of it and just want to get your kicks.
Not sure which is true, but in either case, I wouldn't suggest eating toenails...I doubt they benefit you the way you were told.

I wonder if you could skip the eating part of it and just do a toenail enema?
