5 days a week with Wednesday and Sundays off, right now--mass cycle of bodybuilding program.

I don't do it 'cause I want to, but because I have to. Once your into fitness as deep as I am, there is no turning back. It gets in your soul and eventually you can't (and don't want to) imagine your life without it. I enjoy it so much that I made it a huge part of my life, both recreationally and professionally.

Got into it because of the feeling of self-empowerment and spirit of competition. There are a lot of things in this life you can't control, but your fitness and body are totally in your hands. Plus, once athletics was over for me, I had to find an outlet for my competitiveness. Bodybuilding was a natural fit.

Every single day baby. Hell yeah i like doin it. I do it so i can stay in shape 4 da ladies and also it speeds up my metabolism so i am able to eat more and not gain weight. its totally worth it

Well I have P.E. daily but I only work-out outside of school like 3-4 days a week. And I do it to burn off energy and it helps me keep in shape.

five days a week for 30mins. that includes setting up the equipment and rest between exercises. deadlifts and presses just so i don't lose muscle and i stay strong as i get older. that's all the exercise it takes and i like it.///learned about exercising very briefly from a book called Power to the People

3 times a week but for a long time like 2 hours. Yes I like doing it although it is tough to get started sometimes. I do it to keep thin and trim and to keep my enery level up. Plus its fun it releases endorphins in your brain if you work out hard enough and makes you feel good. Also stuff like swimming and running in the sun or bicycle riding is fun to do. Also if I dont do it I get lethargic.

4 times a week.

I don't particularly like doing it, but I feel good afterwards, and I like the way it makes me look. Plus, my husband works out all the time so I feel like I have to keep up with him!

currently i work out 3 times a day, every week day
we have track practice, before school, during class, and after school

i like it for the most part.
but i'm forced to do it cause i'm really good

i don't work out.....I'm too young to start working out on a gym.
but when im old enough to go to a gym,im going to one.
and yes,i would probably like it.

I work out 5 days a week, but my gym sessions are typically only an hour. I try to treat it like work: I don't want to go, but I have to. I hate going to the gym, but knowing that I'm finally at a weight I'm happy with is worth it.

i work out 4 days a week! it is really fun!
doing it just makes you feel better and like you have done something good for your body!

Three times a week, I kind of like doing it... Why? To keep fit and looking fabulous!

every other day i run a mile i love doing it i LOVE TO RUN !!i think i was a horse in my past life trust me it gets u shape not just legs all of the body. really ur heart.
