Back fat yuck help?!


Question: I really need to ask a question that is going to solve the problem. I have an hour glass shape i am not huse but i have back fat and it is driving me CRAZY. I just started taking kickbixing i have done it for 4 weeks now. Now let me explain the fate is not the upper part where you bra and arm ar and it is not the lower back where useless people have a tattooe back there above there bum. it is right in the middle. I am going nuts. I hate the gym so i want to know how to get rid of it. Does side bends get rid of it.. HELP ME

Why don't u ask ur kickboxing instructor, s/he may be able to tell u specific exercises.
I reckon u have fat in the middle of ur back, and that place seems very unlikely to me to have fat accumulated. Usually people have it in front, tummy area. Still, if u r in shape on the rest of ur body, u may just need to do some toning exercises. U don't have to necessarily go to the gym to do that, but u might have to invest in some dumb-bells or waist-belts. Also remember, that ANY exercise if done properly, is good. yeah, side-bends may help too.

Side bends would help. Any exercise that involves you using your back muscles would probably be helpful. Google is a wonderful resource for looking up exercise tips. Give it a shot and see what you come up with.


Diet also plays a big part in that. You might be at a healthy weight, but cutting sweets and pop out of your diet will get rid of any extra fat that is on your body, including what's on your back.

are u sure that your not talking about your lat muscles??? maybe you naturally have a wider lat muscles. Check your parents and or brothers out and see what they look like then you will be able to figure out if it is fat or muscle.

They have these work out things at most gyms and I dont know how to explain them but what you do is sit ups for your back. You lay on your stomach on it and you lift yourself up and that would probably get rid of it ...
