Weight lost gym ??!


Question: Ok last year i weighted 169 pounds , I have gain massive amount of weight quite quick, unexplained i just started getting bigger and bigger , i reach 240 last month , now i am at 232 , I want to weight 169 again . I am going to the gym 2 times a day morning and night . Each session I walk/run for one hour , Spin for 30 min and play racketball at least 3 games plus sauna at nights . This is everyday no exception 2 times daily.
Quite hitting cardio and gym hard plus i am taking flax seed and Xenical. I have started this 2 weeks ago . I have lost 3 pounds , can somebody tell me what do i expect to lose give or take in one month with this routine . Or it is possible to get back to my original weight of 169 i quite see that goal quite impossible but i dont know . ANY ADVICE PLEASE

just be carefull...going 2 times a day might burn you out really quick..so if you feel like yuor getting tired..just go one day..its better than getting run down and stopping going all together!..


its going to take a while to get back down to your original weight ..remember..it took a year to put it on all..so dont expect it to drop off in a month!

You have to do 1 hour or more of cardio 5 days a week. can be walking, running, biking, what every gets your heart pumping.

If I can find the time and do it, I lose weight. You have to eat sensibly too, but not some crazy strange wacko diet or anything.

I have a friend that lost 100 pounds in 3 months. So it is possible. What my friend did was basically become a diet freak. He would strictly only eat breakfast lunch and dinner. And only meat and vegetables and wheat cereal. He stayed away from anything fattening at all (he would take the cheese and mayonnaise out of his burgers, stuff like that). If you eat strictly vegetable and fruits you will loose mass weight. But ONLY fruit and vegetables cuz if you have just a soda or some meat it will throw off your metabolism. Lifting weights regularly really helps too. As for everything else your doing, keep it up.
