Day 2: Give me a good reason why I should never give up my routine of exercising!

Question: Also, does it matter if I sprint every night? I'm thinking of doing interval sprints everynight for ~30 minutes and also doing some weight lifting tonight (every other night). Sounds like a good plan? Day 2 of 100!

dont give up!
your just looking better and better as each day passes! you can do it! just believe in your self!
and that sounds like a great plan

If you give up you'll be back to square one and it'll be even harder to get back into the routine of exercising. Keep at it, it gets easier.

k I'm a football player and believe me it may be tiring but its worth it we did sprints for 6 weeks for an 1hour a day and our LINEMAN were faster then some of the running backs. Also it keeps you healthy keeps away obesity and the girls love fit guys. It may seem hard now but let another week or two pass by and it wont get that tiring anymore.

You'll regret giving up after a month or so passes and you being noticing that you're either weak/fat. Trust me, stick it through the first month with pure dedication and when you notice amazing changes in yourself your self esteem will go through the roof.

But dude, don't burn yourself out. I would recommend working out 4 days a week MAX. your body actually grows during rest, not during workouts. if you deprive your body of time off to rest and recuperate you'll gain absolutely no ground what-so-ever.

you will stave off (hold off) the normal decline of the bodies muscle tissue. Change your sprints to 30 minutes of jogging say a 6 or 7 minute mile 3 nights a week. Everyother night do pull ups and chin ups, next night do bench presses and curls.
