you can't just 'stop' eating butter, milk and cheese.
That's part of your five food groups, you definitely need them.
What should you eat everyday? a variety of things!
as long as it's kept in MODERATION.
there's no 'magic' food that helps you loose weight if you eat just that.
Vegetables, meat, dairy products, breads, cereals etc. You need that everyday.
and i'm just about to state the obvious; lay off the junk.

Vegtables and chicken. Exercise more healthy. Dont stop eating to be weakness

Fiber is a big key. Find foods high in fiber and add them to your diet in significant proportions.

eat anything u want, but be conciouse with the protions, reduce the portions, but u dont have to do the same with the vegtables "excluding potatoes"

one thing that is great for you is cucumbers their pretty much all water so eat as many as you'd like

just eat health and stick to somesort of exersize plan (walk the dog 3 times a week)

and balance meals
that's all these programs u see on tv are (jenny creig, weight watchers) just eat healh and balanced prety simple just takes self dissaplin to say no to some things

Protein!! Consisting of things such as: lean meats, tuna, chicken, eggs, and drink low fat milk. Also start working out, do alot of cardio, either running or swimming, or an exercise class...etc. Good Luck!

Eat less, exercise more.

Eat more vegetables, fruits, and whole grains; cut back on fats (butter, cheese, cheesy and creamy sauces and soups, fried foods) and sugars (cookies, candy, cakes, pies, soft drinks and other sweetened beverages). Don't skimp on protein, but try for leaner cuts of meat, and more chicken and fish.

ok you can do this you can eat everything like 3 or 4 times a day but not a lot very little amount and if you think that just by vegetables you are going to loose some wait but that is not true well you will be ur health wont be good because you need to have protein and all those stuff in your system everyday so just normally and go to the gym and you will be perfect belive me

do your exercise everyday...disciplined yourself

my secret to become a thin was i eat fruits only like apple, banana in breakfast snack in afternoon and in the evening...and in lunch time i eat whatever i want..,,!!! that's it after a month you become thin

to lose weight fast for weddings, spring break, ect... cut out everything but veggies, fruit, and soy products (vegan diet). but if you are planning to stick with the diet for a while i recommend small portions! that is my nutritionist says anyway. go with the food pyramid. it knows its stuff. DONT cut out all carbs, meat, or sugars... you will not last! but if it is just for a couple days cutting those things out should make a difference. but really... better than dieting, is exercising.

don't stop anything. just eat less of it and lean to healthier selections. eat an orange instead of cake. drink water instead of soda. drink one soda a day instead of two.

I assume you're looking for a 'staple', something to fill you up in place of what you've been eating.
I recently lost 75 lbs - the first month was the most difficult. I ate a lot of raisin bran with skim milk. Another favorite was reduced fat Triscuits, and grapes, oh & water, water, & more water - I had to put lemon wedges in mine to make it more appealing - never been a big water drinker.
Once you remove things like excessive butter from your diet, you realize the sluggish effect it has on your body. Butter is Ok, in moderation. You just need to be more aware of what you're eating, how much, and WHEN.
When I began this diet, the most difficult thing for me was to NOT EAT in the evening, and to eat breakfast. Once I got my eating 'schedule' under control, it was easy.

hahaha. I've got the answer for you. I was chating with this lady and she told me about an organic liquid vitamin that she takes, she said she lost 12 pounds in 1 month without even trying. I have a sister who just doesn't lose weight, she had a personnal trainer for months and used to work out 4 days a week but she was still the same size which made her sad. So I was so excited about the products that this company had. I ordered some for my sister, then for me. The results were amazing, my sister lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks she was full of energy and very happy. I myself lost 10 pounds. The interesting thing is that because you get all the nutrition you need from this vitamin, you don't even feel hungry. you will eat half of what you used to and feel full. note that both me and my sister were eating our regular food. no diet. But the portion was smaller. When the body needs nutrition you feel hungry and start craving for foods. same with dieting you will crave for the foods that are not allowed in that certain diet. Take it from me, try this company's products especially the body balance, true green, and calcium, you will not regret it. here is a link http://lifeforce.net/Home.aspx?ID=207202...

Oh, Almost forgot, They have a body wrap that will make you lose permanent inches since the first application. I lost 12 inches total the first time I used it, Looked and felt much fermer.

everyone is going to disagree with this, but don't eat much of anything. salads and zero calorie drinks are working for me. This takes a lot of willpower though.
