I need to know how I can reveal more?!


Question: I got these weird genetics going on? I have a combination of fat and muscle build over the years. I've built so much muscle at the same time I've ate junk food and fast food all my life. When I hit the gym I would hit it hard. However, here's another crazy twist to it. I don't eat much meat, I'm just not really much of a meat eater. I never really ate too much meat. So you can visualize what my body frame is like....Husky! Not Fat, and not really skinny. Not all muscle either... a combination of fat, skinny and muscle all due to my lifestyle of diet and exercise. Picture a man, who works out with moderate rate doing lots of reps, who eats junk food, and fast food, who does a lot of cardio...basketball, and riding exercise bike, a little bit of walking. I weigh 200 pounds and I'm 5"10. Would you say a lot of this excess weight is water weight or due to the lifestyle of diet and exercise along with genetics or a combination of all 4 factors? It's mostly around the butt, hips, &stomach.

What you need to do, is start eating meat, it is ok if you wiegh 200 pounds, because it sounds like most of it is muscle, to work out your gluits do a laying down leg press, im not sure what its called but yea, it will work your hips and butt, to work out your abs you need to do sit ups, not going all the way down so there is tension on your abs at all times, you need to do leg lifts, they are very important, incline sit ups work better.
