sometimes its habit that makes you crave, but a lot of people have those cravings. generally in late afternoon is when you're sitting getting things done, and the longer you sit the more your mind wanders and snacking seems appealing

because its goooooooooooooooooooooooooooddddddd and we are all just human!!!

cause they are good & your body might need something in crab that your body is lacking in.. get some snow crab & have yourself a feast

After you workout your body needs fuel. But you chose diesel instead of super-unleaded.

Lay off the sweets, you're canceling out you workout!!!

don't skip breakfast, snack on fruit throughout the day

we arehuman what are going to do about it??????????????????????????????????

Carbs give you a lot energy quickly, so your body wants something to get it through the midday slump. It would be better, though, if you went for an unprocessed, complex carb like a piece of fruit or whole wheat toast. If you really need chocolate (and we all do sometimes!), stick to something really dark. It's better for you than milk chocolate.

Yea you should make sure you eat some protein after your workouts which will help reduce the craving for carbs.

thats because you are eatting food that have glutamate or aspartame in the composition.
Those added quimics ( even in your morning cereals) make you have huge cravings and ruin diets.
See your food labels and search in google for hidden sources of glutamate.
