How does this sound?!

Question: 2 boiled eggs on wholemeal toast for breakfast
either porridge and a banana or a tuna fish sandwhich and crisps or soup and a wholemeal bun for lunch
then either pasta bake and light garlic bread (3 pieces) or beans on toast or pasta in a tomato based sauce with chicken and vegatables for dinner
then 1-2 litres of water a day and apples as snacks
with 1 and a half hrs of cardio and weights 4-5 days a week?
follow this for 14 weeks will i see a difference? thank you

Water, just wanted to add your body is 85%
water you need a good daily intake of water but the rest sounds great, now i'm hungry

Modifications I'd make, personally:

1: Cardio should be HIIT (google HIIT) or nothing. You'll lose more weight, says science and my personal experience, by walking for an hour a day than doing joint-killing jogging and machine exercises for the same amount of time.

2: Eat 1-2 meals a day, not 3-6. : ) Over-complicating things with way too much'a load on the digestive system is a good way to achieve a poor state of health. For one, you'll build more muscle, stronger tendons and ligaments, and tighter, healthier skin by eating less, but more clean and nutritionally. Also, Where are your vegies?! Greens! I've never seen a healthy person that didn't eat green, leafy vegetables and/or some real fruit a couple'times a week. Oranges (especially orange peels) are VERY good for burning excess fat, you know, and it'll boost your immunity to infectious invaders. : )

All opinion, I guess.

it sounds great.

too much carbs too little protein and fats.
cardio? what kind? steady state cardio doesn't do anything.
