Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (gotta read this)?!
Question: so i was told at edge nutrition that this protein grows boobs on men, like it makes them full or puts fat on them because of the soy milk it has in it. and then i found out that soy milk is the cause of this. And in the log run guys will seem to acually have boobs in future life (this is what the guy told me)
i looked at the guy like he was crazy, (the guy was HUGE, so he has to know his **** about protein). I dident want to belive it because this protein is one of the best out there for like 3 years straight (bodybuilding.com). Then the guy recommend me to get this stuff from BMF Hardcore called Whey Essence. never heard of it in my life and couldent find it anywhere online, but it seem like its pretty good stuff lots of BCAA and amino acids
maybe someone can help me out on weather or not thats true about the soy producing boobs on guys or making them fuller

Oh, and by the way. If a power capacitor is so useless, why then do manufacturers put power caps in their amplifiers?
I think you had better do some hard research on what a cap does and how it works.

This article was written some time ago and changes have occurred in the manufacturing of capacitors. In the article an ESR of .017 was given, the problem is that caps made today have an ESR of 0.0016 or less which is a far cry from the days of old.
What does this mean? It means the calculations and information now change quite substantially and can no longer be held as true.
That series from Richard Clark was written specifically about a type of very large farad capacitor with ESR ratings that made them useless, and it was never meant to apply to all capacitors. The fact is that Richard Clark was one of the very first people to start using capacitors in competition car audio systems, so I doubt that he'd agree with your arguments here.

LOL! I hate to tell you this, but most of the people at the gnc store or any nutrition store are idiots. They only tell you stuff like that because they are trying to manipulate you into buying something more expensive. Anyways, his claims are not true at ALL. Optimum nutrition does make a very good whey protein powder and it is one of the best out there. With this being said, some people get "huge" by several methods including illegal ones(roids) and you think they know everything just because they are huge. No matter what supplement you take, if you don't have a good diet and caloric intake along with a good work-out plan, you won't see the RESULTS. Good luck.
soy doesnt produce boobs.
That's ridiculous. The only thing that could give a man boobs is if that man is talking steroid's or Hormone injectors
well soy does contain naturally occuring estrogen......that it causes boobs i have no clue........
The condition you're talking about is called gynecomastia.It's not really that uncommon.Some males do develop it regardless of what they are eating.

Optimum makes great products.They are very popular.As a matter of fact,I think Optimum Whey Protein is usually the top selling product on Bodybuilding.com.
Just stay away from steroids,and you will be fine.
