Good way to workout all of my muscles?!


Question: I want like a schedule or list of exercises to target major muscle groups. Like what I should do some days and what to do on others. you know like day 1 something day 2 something day 3 rest just to target major muscles. This is all just for everyday life nothing like sports. I am a male 15 5'8.

Does this make sense?

I change my regime quite often but this is one of my favorites so I personally would recommend splitting up your work outs something similar to this... .

Monday- Cardio of some sort and abs
Tuesday - Chest and Tricepss
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - shoulders and Biceps
Friday - rest
Saturday Legs and Back
Sunday - Bicep Tricep supersets

Do workouts like this and keep them intense... I personally don't take any days off but I am probably much more advanced in this then you are... Also change it up do this for like 4 weeks then mix somethings around and make sure every 4 weeks you vary your exercises for each muscle group. also include abs in every workout... just take one day to completly demolish them
