Loosing weight for healthsake?!


Question: Hi. I need help to find exercises which are beneficial and safe for weightloss especially around abdomens I feel it's harder for me to breathe but I need suggestions how to gradually make subtle lifestyle change and then intensify my routine. Ideas anyone? Tell me how much water what kinds of foods etc. Thanks for all answers in advance !

walking is a great way to start exercising, you can build up the speed and distance as you get more comfortable. Foods- avoid anything processed and gets lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean proteins (chicken, turkey, lean cuts of beef - no ground chuck!), whole grains, no soda.

If you are looking to lose a lot of weight or have some health problems preventing you from exercising, you should REALLY check in with your doctor prior to exercising. They will be able to help you find a workout plan and diet that are right for you and will help you meet your goals.
