Why do I feel hungry all the time?!


Question: I am not overweight, but while I do eat sparingly throughout the day, I tend to have headaches if I don't eat for more than a couple of hours.
My snacks/food throughout the day do include protein, drinks such as coffee, green tea and/or ginger, vegetables, eggs, milk etc. I also drink lots of water in between. I walk 5-6 times a week.
I know this because my headaches stop as soon as I eat.
Is there a way to stop those headaches, and to nip hunger in the butt?

You should get it checked by a doctor, you may have low blood sugar issues. I get dizzy and have headaches when I don't eat for a few hours - I've got hypoglycaemia issues.

Listen to your body and have a snack every few hours. Pick healthy things - low fat yoghurt, fruit, crackers, low fat cheese, whatever works. Cut back on the caffeine, but do it gradually.

I find I get less hungry when I'm really busy - I always feel it more when I haven't got much to do. Keep busy, keep your mind off things, and keep nibbling! Just remember to cut back your main meals to take into account the calories you're getting from the snacks.

I have the same problem.
Probably you eat your food too fast and it doesnt digest properly ( i have that problem)

It might be your blood sugar. You can get headaches when it is too high/low.

too much caffeine

you have to suck it up and stick to a diet. try to exercises more and eat healthier. I know when I exercises a lot the less hungry I get

if you are drinking alot of caffine drinks it may be caffine withdrawl.

u had not mentioned ur age so that when u r in between or in teen age rapid growing of parts or body makes u hugry

well i get that too and mum but she get it bad. it depend what u eat which give u headaches. my get bad headache when she eat Chinese food.

Okay,i think you are exhausting yourself.Burning too much energy.tiring yourself.
That's when stomach growls for hunger.

Try something different from walk,like swimming,or some sport like basket ball or even cycle.
Buut if you still feel hugry between meals,milk is the best option.It will make your bones even stronger.

Still you feel like eating even when the headaches are killing you, divert yourself.Busy yuourself.
Wacha a movie or play around.
You can do it,if you have the will.

well maybay yu' motabiizum is fast and yu' jus have to eat more.

Make sure you are eating enough calories for your weight.

You may also want to add some complex carbs into your diet...steel cut oatmeal, whole wheat or Ezekial bread, black beans, ect.

Have at least one serving of complex carb a day, preferably in the afternoon or when your are about go walking.
