How do I get a 6 pack of abs?!

Question: Im a fourteen year old girl, 95 pounds. I have fat on my lower abs, and I really want to get rid of them in time for summer vacation. This gives me about 60 days to get at least a slightly outlined 6 pack.

Ideas would be very much appreciated. :]

(If you need pictures of my abs to get a better idea, please ask.)

Diet, cardio, crunches, and leg lifts (importance in that order)

This means no junk foods (soft drinks, ice cream, potato chips, cookies, NOTHING), and lots of fiber, fruit, and vegetables. Drinking LOTS of water!!

For cardio, running is great but so are simple things like jumping rope and biking.

Crunches and leg lifts- at least 200 and 100 every night, and they're very effective (but more difficult) in the morning before you eat anything.

You may want to increase protein (white meat, not red meat too often, egg whites, and dairy) to build up abs.

You cannot leave out one of these steps. If you're not up to it, too bad, you want have rippled abs. Unfortunately thats the way it goes.

But good luck!!

pictures would be good please, that way we could see exactly and tell you exactly how to firm them, just post up a link if you could.

john basedow's six pack abs, the bender ball, etc.
normal crunches or situps will help, but they wont taget your entire abs. you can so some side ones to target your side abs but you wont get the results you want with just ordinary crunches.

Ok first watch what you are eating, if you are careful and look at the fat tag in it, try new foods that don't have much fat in it!!!

95 hmm.... Do 100 or less sit ups sit up every afternoon but never before going to sleep it isnt goog for your heart. And if your`re persistant like me you`ll do 200 sit ups....Eat less junk food, and eat more fruit that`s the key!

basic techniques are stay away from creamy, fry, fat, loaded sugar foods. start out by doing sit up on a flat surface half an hour in the morning non stop and half an hour at night non stop. once you gain strength, do sit up on an decline surface. ask your parent to have you join the gym so you can use the equipments that they offer. these stomach equipments will make your 6 pack abs transform faster. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF after exercise like movie stars do. your body need nutrients.

Don't worry so much about doing crunches or sit-ups. You need to concentrate on lowering your body fat with exercise and a healthy diet first.

If you are doing sit-ups, don't do them every day. Every other day is plenty. Your muscles need time to repair themselves in between exercise.
