Well you should only be doing sit ups every other day. This is because your body needs time to rest in between. On the days you aren't doing sit ups you can run or walk. I would do sets of 10 in different variations for about 20 minutes.

They say at least 200. If you're trying to get flat abs, etc, I'd try pilates. Pilates exercises focus on your "core" (ab section) and you see results quickly!

One, when you get out of bed.

Go for 10 in the morning and 10 at night, then week 2 do 20 and 20 then week 3 do 30 and 30 and so on to week 5, then if possible put a weight on your chest maybe 10 kg and start to do 10 and 10 again week one, you can also change the weight as your stomach muscles improve, but make sure to take it easy for the first 3 months. then after 5 months you will see a unbelievable difference.

min. 10 max. 20

You can do 50 counts 2 each twice a day . you can also try this cunches flutter kicks same count twice a day,This what i do since its too cold to go out for gym,( i give birth almost 5 months ago dont want to bring him along.)i been doing this right after my doc.ok for me to exercise, believe me it works..

as many as you can

Start with 20-30. Then increase them as they get easier

Mainly ten.

sit ups are boring try this lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good!
and do them till you cant lift your legs no more!<3
