Why is it....?!


Question: That some people can eat and eat and eat junk or whatever and never gain weight, but for others, it's like as soon as they eat junk, they have to hit the gym or else it'll add up?

To add to other's answers about metabolism, it may also be the case that the person who eats more does actually do a lot of exercise, or calorie burning, but no-one, even the person themselves, is aware of it.

For example, I've had friends complain that I can eat loads but never put on weight.

But in actual fact I go to the gym around 3 times a week, train with weights 3 times, try and go swimming, walk most places and often when I'm watching TV or something I'll be doing sit-ups or press-ups just because I have time.

I've also generally done relatively physically demanding jobs.

That's a lot more calories than sitting at home, but eating the same amount.

Just my thought.

Metabolism

metabolism. exactly. but in twenty years, their metabolism will slow down and theyll be 400 lbs. its best the way it is. you eat it, you work it off. ill be much easier like that later in life.

i dnk...but i eat soo much junk food, and i never get fat..i was stay the size i am
