What diet should I follow to look like a supermodel if I'm overweight?!

Question: I think if your naturally skinny and have a high metabolism..that's great but if you are trying to be skinny then you can easily get off track and have an eating disorder..

but I know not all models are anorexic or 'twig' like..I think the VS models are great because they have an healthy look..

I don't really think you should look at models and try to be like them..because that can hurt you..but you can always try to work out and eat healthy for yourself to make you feel good..if that's what you want..then I don't see anything wrong with that..

good luck!!

eat celery and drink diet coke or water

first off know one looks like a supermodel. however if your trying to lose weight. i prefer to use an excersise ball with the ten minute sloutions dvd. i find it fun and you shed pounds. as far as eating goes salads, fruit and lots of veggies and water! good luck :)

diets are bad. don't expect to look like 1% of the population if you're overweight. that's unhealthy. your body systems will get all messed up if you try to diet down to a size 00.

if you are already overweight, it might be too late for you. overweight people's skin get loose when they lose a lot of weight...and the loose skin usually won't go back normal.

Don't follow a diet, it's proven that people who follow diets usually gain back more weight during the following year. Plus it's unhealthy. Just make sure you cut back on the junk food. No more chocolate bars, chips, etc. Well, at least not daily, once in a while in small portions is good. After about a month of this you won't even crave those anymore. The best "diet" so to speak would be for you to calculate a daily max calorie allowance, and to eat several (6 to 8) small meals a day. Basically, make sure you get all the food groups in the recommended amounts but spread it out during the day. As long as it falls within your daily calorie maximum (which should be around 1500) And exercise. It'll make you feel better and you'll be able to enjoy a steady weight loss.

the "no food" diet. It's all the rage.

Seriously, though, supermodels are not healthy, nor is it for you to aspire to looking like one.
