Building Muscle?!


Question: Im looking to build muscle and burning some fat

What should i eat...a raw egg in the morning? and protien?

then ive got a workout so dont bother with a workout site

just a "diet"

Believe it or not u need more carbs than protein to build muscle. I'm not quite sure but i think the balance was 4:1. 4 parts carbs for every part protein. U still need the everyday balance of nutrients, but whey protein is good to mix into shakes.

yess eggs are good.. plenty of meat and have protein shaks
