What do yo think about this ?!


Question: yesterday for the first time in 6months i ate takeaway and chocolate and i loved it but then i steped on the scale and i have put on 1lb so today i am not going to eat anything so that 1lb goes away then eat 1000 calories a day

1 lb. is an extremely small amount of weight to gain. ..The best way to get an accurate weight is to weigh yourself in the morning when you first get up. Also, you scale may not have been calibrated to 0, so you may not have even gained 1 lb.

Don't be stupid. You know not eating is bad for you. So why do it? That one pound is not going to kill you. Just work it off today. That makes more sense than starving yourself. Go for a long run or walk.

you wont of put 1lb on that quick, it can take 9 hours for the food to go threw ur digestive system, and starving your self wont help either u need food for energy, but seriously whats 1lb really do sum exercise im sure u will get rid of it

Nope, that is not a good idea. If you don't eat anything today then you will just want to binge later. Plus 1000 calories isn't enough...you can't possibly get all of the nutrients you need if that is all you are eating. A better plan is to eat more than 1000 calories and to exercise.
