I want to lose weight....17 years old?!


Question: I weigh 115-120lb (52-55kg)
5'5 (165cm)

today i ate

B: organic yoghurt with some cereal

L: just a banana and some organic yoghurt cluster things

S: tiny bit fruit juice

D: grilled chicken and salad in turkish bread



HELP me my thighs and tummy and upper arms are fat

all my friends eat cake and chocolate and I never do

i feel soooo fat

I promise you that you are probably not as fat as you feel.
However, if you really want to lose weight do not cut out major food groups because this can be the start of eating disorders . Eat sensibly but not too much. Always stop eating when you feel that you are full!
Try exercising more too. =P
Running or even toning exercises can help you lose weight and they don't cost anything!!

Instead of looking at all the negatives about yourself try looking at the positives (for example: I have nice eyes or my nose isn't too big. Something like that can make you feel better about yourself).
Some people are naturally really thin and others aren't (yes it's unfair!) so whilst your friends may be able to eat tons of crap you can't so don't feel negative about it!

DO NOT weigh yourself every day because your body weight goes up and down (especially at that time of the month) so try and weigh yourself at the same time ONCE a month!! Trust me it will help!

Most importantly have self confidence: If you feel good about yourself so will others!

You don't need to lose weight... And I'm not just saying that to be nice. You DON'T need to lose weight. You're perfect, and any guy would agree. =)

What???? Dont be rediculous...u are perfectly normal....I cant believe that skinny thing got to u.....Dont be influenced by it.....

Ask anyone and they will tell u how skinny and normal u are..

try exercise, find something thats fun like racket ball or soccer anything that makes u move. u can even learn to play the guitar or drums. wat it does is pump ur metabolism up so u can eat cake wat ever. dont do it for the reason to loose weight, do it for fun. loosing weight is a perk

your weight is not your problem it you have chunky thighs and arm and tummy you need to work those areas with exercise and build muscle there starving your self only forces the body to store fat and where does it store fat in your tummy butt and thighs...so work your abs and legs in a gym low weight high reps..

Okay this isn't fat at all the ideal weight for your height is 125-135 ish and you are under that!!! But if you want to get more toned just work out. So some weight lifting exercises and ton the parts of your body that you aren't comfortable with. But you are at a perfect weight for your age and height!! Don't feel bad about yourself or compare yourself to your friends!!

You are not fat! Your metabolism may not be as fast as your friends, but your diet will change that. Add into your day water and exercise, and you will be fine!

You dont need to lose weight you need to tone up....... your so no fat its just your arms, tummy and thighs arent toned.


With the sit ups you dont do conventional sit ups.
Sit donw on the floor with your feet on the floor but bent at the heel so they are pointing upwards. Then lower yourself down until you feel tension. Then extend your arms infront of you and lift them up and down. Remember to keep your tummy tight and you should soon start to feel the burn. Do this 16times max and then you m ove onto the next part.

In the same position rotate your upper body so you arms are open wide to the side of you then twist back. again you shoudl really feel this in your obliques (sides) do this again max 16 times and then do the same for the other side.

Once this is done get back to the original postion and with your arms out lower yourslef down and then bring yourslef up again... (all in the tummy- keep it tight!) do this again max 16 times and then move onto the last bit.

Do all four movements together.
Start with raising you arms then to the side and then to the other side and then lower (all four steps just once and continuous) then do this 4 times....... you will feel theburn so much and it will be very effective.


Also for your arms some pushups maybe help. Try playing with the speed so you go down 1 sec up 1 sec (normal push up) and then go down 1 sec and push up for 3 seconds for a couple of reps and then reverse so you go down for 3 seconds and then push up. Once you have done this try doing 1 second down 7 seconds up and then reverse after a couple of reps. This will hurt but youwill definately feel the muscles burning and if you do this just once a day you will deffo see an improvement!!

I suggets you do these at the end of the day because otherwise you will be tired for the rest of the day!

Hi, first of all, you dont eat enough to loose weight, your organism needs some fuel to be able to use up calories. I had the same problem and here is what I did. This diet has been made by a german doctor called Dr. Pape and I saw him at a show in German RTL television, so, let's go :

Breakfast : the breakfast has to contain carbohydrates, so you can eat bread, jam; cereals, yogurt fruit biscuits and even a little chocolate.

Lunch : you should eat various vegetables, meat, bread, pasta, rice or potatoes and you are even allowed a small dessert. (if you want you also can eat a hamburger or pizza, but not every day of course)

Dinner : only eat proteins, so only meat, fish, eggs, cheese, and you should add vegetables or salad.

Most important is to leave about 5 hours between meals and not to eat in between meals and to drink a lot of water during the day. You can also drink some light soft drinks (Pepsi Max or Coca Cola light).

After your lunch you are not allowed to drink fruit juice or eat anything sweet like chocolate or biscuits or fruit etc..

This diet causes to regulate the insulin household of your body and allows to build up the fat resorbtion during night while you sleep.

It is also recommended to do a little exercise, if you have no time try to walk instead of driving and to take the stairs instead of elevators.

So you can see with this diet you can eat everything, the important thing is WHEN you eat.

I tried this diet and lost 2 kilos in 3 weeks, I know it is not very fast, but if you lose weight slowly it is better, you won't regain it so fast.

For your tummy tights and arms problem one solution : SWIMMING, if you have the opportunity near your home.

So, Happy cake and chocolate. BUT NOT AFTER LUNCH !

That's fine.. just either keep to eating healthy or exercise or you can have just one major thing for the day..or meal.
And exercise any you will lose weight like crazy.
I also think myself fat too don't worry.
