Question: Breakfast: carrot and apple fresh juice and some raw almonds
Lunch: sweet potato and red lentil soup
Dinner: 2 baked potatoes with nuttelex
Snacks: fruit salad and soy yoghurt, soy chocolate, chai tea

It really depends how much of these things you are eating. Also, I don't think you are getting enough protein.

You ate much healthier food then I did today~ keep it up!
I think that seems to be a some what healthy diet, but in my case i would eat more than just almonds in the morning. Breakfast in the most important, and if your gonna try to loose weight, it can really help.
