Six pack question for girls...help men 2!!?!


Question: ok so here's the scoop..i'm 13 5'5 and weigh 108.5. and i really want to get a six pack....i just have a small pooch in my stomache just a little one...and i want to get a six pack before summer...i hate crunches got some great ideas??

Whenever you can... if your sitting or standing try to clench your stomach muscles together, hold a couple of seconds and release. This can be repeated a number of times in a day. It's a lot easier than heaps of sit ups.
Also try to focus on strength in your lower back area. This will help to make your core naturally stronger.

Crank up the cardio and watch what you eat (don't eat past 7pm if you can help it); work your way up to running 5k 3x/week. Crunches will also be necessary, but if you don't like those, do planks: http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abex...

Work your way up to holding them for 2.5 minutes.

try push ups?
also do some running and swim in indoor pools, also lift weights. But it will take awhile! good luck

Usually in order to get 6-pac you need to loss some fat in your tummy area. Such as running or cardio excerise. You can do some warm up exercise such as sit up. Usually much easier to get 6-pac if you are small size person.

cardio (10-20 min a day{or every other day}) [you could start with 5 min and work your way up]

leg lifts, those help ur butt and legs look good too...
you should see results in a week and have a six pack by summer DEFFINATELY

CARDIO! you probably dont have to much of a muscle problem, just fat! Cardio will work off the fat so you can see the muscle underneath. While crunches are good for toning, if your toned and covered in fat it wont matter.
Running, DDR, skating (personally recommended, you lose like 800 calories/hour)
I figure skate perfessionally every day, and have a six pack. Its pretty intense.

You won't get a 6 pack unless you lose that layer of fat, and to do that, you need to do cardio.
