I need to lose 50 pounds. Any tips?!


Question: two years ago I lost 30 pounds.I wasnt on some fad diet or anything,I stopped eating fast food and started taking my lunch or had salads if I did eat out and I stopped eating at night in front of the tv ,if I had to have a snack ,it would be popcorn or fruit or something like that.The thing that helped me alot was a calorie book and a journal that I wrote everything I ate in and kept up with the calorie intake and it helps to at least walk or some kind of exercise

First go to see a doctor because of the amount of weight you want to loose then go and see a nutritionist so you can get the proper foods to eat.

You may want to try the Medifast diet. You eat 5 Medifast meals a day like soups, shakes, bars, puddings, oatmeals, hot chocolate, and more. Then you have one meal consisting of lean protein and vegetables. I noticed at about day 3 that I wasn't hungry in-between meals, and most of the Medifast meals taste pretty good.
