It is really hard for me to stay away from good food. The exercise is not the hard part because i exercise everyday (im on the rugby team at school)

Cardio is by far the best way and ideally it should be done on an empty stomach i.e. in the morning before breakfast. An empty stomach provokes an insulin spike, that combined with cardio will increase the burn of calories. Make sure you are consuming a large amount of water each day as water is a natural fat eliminator. Also as previously stated spread your food out throughout the day (5-6) small meals a day as this will increase your metabolism. Also make sure you eating breakfast as this jump-starts your metabolism... I hope all of this works for you.

Well try keeping yourself busy. Donr just sit there in the kitchen thinking what you want to eat.! lol

do not eat, its as simple as that..

You need to eat mini meals 5 to 6. This will keep your metabolism rolling through the day. You need to drink plenty of water and fill up on veggies and fruit to keep the carb cravings away.

Diet and exercise. Eat healthy things, fruits, vegetables, grains, and dairy. Lower your fat intake and exercise 1 hour a day of physical activity or more. Their is no magic pill or potion or surgery, it is just human will and strength. Good luck.

I have the same problem. I exercise but I eat good but unhealthy foods. But recently I've found a friend who is trying to do the same thing, so anytime we get a craving we call each other. Then the other person says "No". It sounds weird but it really helps!

i don't know why someone hasn't written a book on my idea (probably because it's a horrible idea) but if you're desperate, think of some nasty a** stuff (maggots, etc) when you're about to eay something fatty and unhealthy, that way you lose your appetite. i've never personally tried it but hey whatever floats your boat.

Eat things that speed up your metabolism....like grapefruit and plain toast for breakfast, tuna or boiled egg for lunch and chicken breasts, and more chicken breasts....broccoli etc for dinner....snack on things like two cookies and carrot sticks....you can eat a boat load of foods....just mix in the unhealthy a little and you will be fine. Read about foods that speed up your metabolism....

At 5th grade, I was 110 pounds, but over the years, i lost so much weight that in 7 grade, I became 89 pounds, and now in Freshman year of high school, I am at 110 pounds.

My secret was to have no food, don't eat lunch, and be sure you only eat 1500 calories per day at most! I understand that this can be very hard, but food is a fun thing, so replace it with TV or something else not food. Buy your favorite DVDs or iTunes shows and watch them every time your hungry. Also try to exercises. If you start running, you really lose the weight fast, and always try to get better every week. Another way to exercises is to sit in front of your TV and do weight lifting (you don't need an expensive machine, just some weights and proper form). Soon, after you lose enough weight, you can actually forget about food, and get your pleasures from a daily show or two.

I know it can be hard, but just believe in yourself! It can happen...

First of all your not that much overweight..

Second its good that your active...

Just watch what you eat..Keep eating what you want but try less portions, smaller amounts..Drink plenty of water, always drink water or Gatorade, no more caffeine products..Dont be a couch potato so much...Keep active, im not saying to run, im just saying instead of getting a ride somewhere, walk, do sit ups...dont lay down after meals..

the good thing is that you mentioned you have lost the weight before, so this means you are capable of loosing the weight..dont expect change over night as it took you some time to get chubby...
