Question: Ok spring break starts afterschool tommorow and we get back tuesday the 25th. I want to look good when we go back to school, so i want to lose 10 or more pounds! I ONLY WANT SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE!

Sweety, that's really easy.

If you're really determined I mean.

Eat right everyday.

EAT BREAKFAST. People think that skipping meals will make them lose weight but they are completely wrong.

Eating more meals and less portions is better for you and it actually HELPS you lose more weight.

Stick to a lot of fresh fruits and veggies.
You still need protein so eat beans and some chicken.

Definitely don't eat out.

And try to work out everyday.

Even for 30 minutes if you can.
Next day, Try and make it 40.

Just whatever workout you feel good about. Do it.

Working out shouldn't really be a pain. You CAN enjoy it.

If you have a gym membership, try going to some classes. I think you'd see good results and would be happy.

i literally lost 20 pounds in a week and a half (im very thick), just running and walking for 50 minutes at night and i ate special k cerial twice a day and fruits and vegables. i also did tabo a few times but my mom told me to stop because she said losing all of that weight too fast is dangerous

um that's impossible. you can only lose a max of 2 pounds of fat a week. if you lose more weight than that, you're losing muscle, which is extremely bad for you.

if you want to lose weight, i would suggest cutting out snacks, eating more healthily, and exercising.

Exercise alot about 5-7 days a week, don't starve yourself.
Eat healthy.

well honestly....its really unhealthy to loose that much that fast...1-3 pounds a week is a better goal....start eating a bit healthier and drink lots of water...exercise some more if you dont already good luck!
