How can i loose the c-section pouch?!

Question: I asked this in a different area but didn't get any response so i'm trying this one...

Ok I have been exercising and eating right after my c-section and I'm actually 15lbs less then my pre pregnancy weight but cant get raid of this flabby belly. Is there a way to tone it up or loose it all together?

*this might help a little more...before i got pregnant i had a very flat stomach due to gymnastics and samba dancing, and I refuse to do any type of surgery i didn't want a c-section but the baby was breeched. so please other methods.

I didn't have a c-section but I did have three babies, and I know what you mean. I also weigh less than I did before I had kids, I'm 35, and the stupid gut won't go away, no matter what! I don't even mind the stretch marks, but the gut has GOT to go! I've been cutting calories even further, and I work out very hard with running/walking/weights almost every day - but here it is. One thing that I've started to see help is to try and LIFT UP the stomach, as in, think of defying gravity, and rather than sucking your stomach in, LIFT UP THE stomach muscles, this really helps me. Even when you're sitting, think about it, and do it. The more you do it, you will train the muscles to hold themselves in, and it in turn will pull in the flabby parts.
We just have to keep burning the fat, too! Good luck.

I did have an emergency C section and finally I am seeing results by using the treadmill and putting my incline at least to 8 with speed to at least 4. My hips are finally going down since Jan I have gone from size 10 to 6. Just remember to keep abs tight as you walk. Hope it helps.
