Anorexia Nervosa Perhaps?!

Question: I'm 5'4 and 95 pounds. I find whenever I eat something I always regret it. I tend to always feel fat and not want to eat anymore. I think I'm skinny but then when I look at myself in the mirror after I eat, all I see is blubber. I find myself eating less now a days. I only eat 2 major meals throughout the whole day which are breakfest and dinner. I don't eat any junk food and only drink water and milk. I've been feeling tired lately and no matter how much sleep I get, I still feel tired. Does this make me anorexia nervosa? Please list any symptons and causes/risk factors.

okey im anorexic.. this is my 'body image' symptoms
-i think i could lose 'more' even if people say im skinny
-compare myself to everyone
-try on lots of clothes to see which makes me look skinnier
-afraid of gaining weight
-hate eating infront of people
-wont eat when told
-embarrased.. and not proud about eating nothing.
-crying for no reason, then laughing my head off 5 minutes later (mood swings)
-even if you went from 120 pounds to 110, you still look exactly the same in your mind.
-you watch EVERYTHING you eat, you have foods you will NEVER swallow..
-chew and spit junk food
-puke up meals (..like bowl of cereal, peice of toast) if its more than you planned.
-excersize a lot, as much as you can.. sometimse till you faint (i dont go till i faint, just shaky)
-when people hug you, you feel extremely self concious cause they can 'feel your fat'
now for the 'body' symptoms..
-always cold
-feet go numb for no reason
-bruise easily
-shaking for no reason
-dizzyness
-tired/fatige
-lack of concentration (i cant do any homework at home, so im failing)
-diareah after you do eat that one meal (...gross)
-extreme pains in stomach after eating
-sharp pains in stomach when excersizing
-pains in stomach all day
-headaches
-anxiety attacks? (dont know if its part of it.. but when your heart goes really fast, and you cant breathe, and you go numb in the legs..)
this is some of it..
um risks...
well.. its an addiction, and its extremely hard to stop..
everyones betting on me being hospitalized within a month to sum it up..
oh and also.. you think being a normal weight is fat.. and you want to be underweight..

MedicineNet.com's definition:

"Anorexia: An eating disorder characterized by markedly REDUCED APPETITE or total AVERSION TO FOOD. Anorexia is a serious PSYCOLOGICAL DISORDER. It is a condition that goes well beyond out-of-control dieting. The person with anorexia, most often a girl or young woman, initially begins dieting to lose weight. Over time, the weight loss becomes a sign of mastery and control. The DRIVE TO BECOME THINNER is thought to be SECONDARY TO FEARS about control and fears relating to one's body. The individual continues the endless cycle of RESTRICTIVE EATING, often to a point close to STARVATION. This becomes an OBSESSION and is similar to an ADDICTION TO A DRUG. Anorexia can be LIFE-THREATENING. Also called anorexia nervosa."

You need help. I can't give you help because I'm a stranger on the internet and that's how things work. But your family can give you help. Usually in the form of a counselor. Seek one. It doesn't make you crazy. It means that you have a problem that is way above anyone less than professional. This problem WILL escalate without someone interveening.

Don't try to convince yourself that you're not anorexic. "Oh, I still eat a meal. I'm not anorexic." Bull. You avoid food. Means you're anorexic. Confront it and get help.

The end.
