Answers: If not, what is your max. bench?

Max 205.I can deadlift 250 lbs.My bud who is a pro.bodybuilder bench upto 600 lbs.

hell no!!!

I hold my high school record, I was 124 pounds, did 355 bench and 285 incline. No, I don't use any enhancements or steroids, I have the frame like Bruce Lee, just blessed with good genes. (O:

O_o..i really dont think i could idk i have like..zero upper body strength..>_>;

When I lifted weights a couple yrs ago I could. Oh, and to that person who claimed to be 124 Ibs and can bench 355Ibs is full of sh*t nobody on earth can do that, unless they're 3'0 tall at 124 Ibs and moves the bar 2" to full extention- and if your a midget I appologize

Sure can. If you want to bench a certain amount (for maxing out) the best bet it to train for mass rather than tone and consistancy. The training involved for beefing up for mass is actually much easier than it is for tone, and it happens much quicker too.
Just set a mark for yourself on various exercises (how much weight you want to max). Then get a base line by finding out approximately what weight you can do 1 set of 15-20 reps on.
Next, drop that baseline weight by 5lbs. Now, every other day go through all the exercises you prepared and always reach the end of that 1 set of 15-20 reps. Everyday you exercise you should attempt to increase by 1 rep until you can do at least 10 reps more than originally. Once you can do that you should increase the weight for that exercise by 5lbs (thus you will increase your weight resistance by about 5lbs. every 2-3 weeks).
This system works for benching and various leg exercises like squats, but you will find you may need to push for slightly higher reps with other exercises.
In any event, using this system, you will be bench pressing approximately 100-120 lbs. more by years end than you were at the beginning of the year.

1. no (duh)
2. i have no idea.....i'm not a body builder and that's like MORE than twice my weight....so idk...lol
