Do push-ups lift breast && broaden your shoulders??!


Question: I was fat and I used to be size B cup but after I lost twenty pounds, I reduced to cup A and my boobs sag now. It sucks and I heard that if you do push ups you can lift your boobs up? But I also heard that it broadens your shoulder and I don't want man shoulders. Is it true that push ups lift your boobs up AND broaden your shoulder? Please help. I hate how my boobs look like now.

If you look at girls who exercise regularly at the gym, youll notice that their breasts are in pretty darn good shape. Exercising takes a tremendous toll on body shape, especially breasts on women. What exercises should you do? Well, what area are your breasts in? Your chest. Chest exercises galore, my friend, will get your breasts back in shape. Bench Presses, Flys, Pushups, Pullovers, Crossovers, Machine Flys, These will all help a lot. Go to the gym maybe 3-5 times a week. Work your chest every time and you will see significant results in no time at all.

hmm theoretically...they could...considering pushups work your chest, shoulders and biceps.

i'd work out your back...chest a little bit and shoulders.

push-ups could make them smaller because you would be working out the underlying muscle so observe as you progress through to find out if it works for you

Push ups engage the pectoralis major muscles, and if you pushups and other chest excersizes on a weekly basis, you may very well build muscle there which will help with definition. Since your cup is a little small im sure it will help to some degree, if you were a double G and had saggy breasts then pushups dont do anything. As for the shoulders, no one has EVER became muscular if they dont want to, so dont worry its not gonna be against ur will, you will have to work towards having broad shoulders. Pushups engage the ANTERIOR deltoit which is NOT the side of the shoulder, so your shoulder will NOT become broad. Besides you are a women meaning you cannot physically create muscle that will look manlike (bodybuilding females take steriods) due to lack of testosterone. Dont worry so much be happy with wat you have, pushups along with some chest excersizes MAY help ur chest problem, and they will NOT create broad shoulders.
