Question: Okay he tells me I'm fat then totally tries to sabotage my

maybe he goes for the big girls. you should like not work out for a day and eat alot, then at night, when he comes in the room, have like food next to you eating it, and be dressed in lougheria (idk how to spell it) and see what he says about that. if he doesnt like it, its still pretty funny.

Maybe he's feeling insecure that you'll get slim, hot and worried that you'll start looking to move on.
Talk to him about it.
Maybe he doesn't want you to look better then he does. Kick him to the curb. If he is calling you fat and doesn't want you to be healthy find someone who will.
